2023: Tension in PDP as Wike threatened to spill the bean

There is palpable tension in the opposition People’s Democrats Party, PDP, following threat by the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, to expose the party’s activities, especially the emergence of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as its presidential candidate,
Wike was one of the presidential aspirants that participated in the just presidential primary of PDP but lost the ticket to the former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
Governor Wike, in a statement title, “ATIKU: I WILL SPEAK SOON”, and released by his Special Assistant Media, Kelvin Ebiri, vowed to reveal everything that transpired in the party since the emergence of its presidential flag bearer.
“Rivers State governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, has disclosed that he will soon speak on recent happenings in the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
“The Governor said it has become pertinent for him to speak and reveal to Nigerians all that has transpired in the PDP since the emergence of former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as the presidential candidate of the party.
“On Atiku, I will speak soon and Nigerians will know the actual truth of all that has transpired in the PDP in recent times.”
