A former presidential aspirant in the 2019 general elections under the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC, Alhaji (Barr.) Mumakai Unagha has debunked the rumours of his plan to defect back to the All Progressives Congress.
Alhaji Unagha stated this while speaking to journalists shortly after being discharged from hospital after spending four months in hospital bed.
He said he has no such plan of going back to APC, adding that he has not even thought of it. He asked his teaming supporters to disregard such rumour he described as fake and unfounded.
According to him, he has no cause to leave the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, as Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has not disappointed the people of the state.

The Evwreni born Muslim leader and opinion leader advised the Governor not to be distracted but to remain focus on his zeal to develop the state.
He noted that the Governor has done wonderfully well and he is still doing his best for the state and its people.
He said the Governor has transformed the face of the state,.
Unagha commended the Governor for the appointment of Senator Ighoyota Amori as his Chief Adviser in the state
He also commended the Chairman of Ughelli North local government Council Olorogun Jaro Egbo for his gaint stride of bringing the dividend democracy to the grassroot.
He added that both the Governor and the Council Olorogun Jaro Egbo will finished strong.
