2027: ADC gets 3-storey office complex donation from Ex-Environment Minister in Nasarawa

Determined to clinch the governorship of Nasarawa State in the 2027 general elections a former Minister of Environment, Barrister Mohammed Hassan Abdullahi, has donated a newly refurbished three-storey office complex to the African Democratic Congress, ADC, in the State.

The edifice, located opposite St. Williams Cathedral of Lafia Diocese, was handed over in a ceremony presided over by Chief John Michael Abdul, according to a statement issued by the party’s Publicity Secretary, Comrade Idris Ojoko, on Friday.

Presenting the office complex to the leadership of the opposition party, Barrister Abdullahi said the gesture was borne out of his passion for the progress of ADC.

Abdullahi, a former Secretary to the State Government, reaffirmed that the opposition party is positioned to reclaim governance of the State in the 2027 general elections.

Receiving the donated structure on behalf of the party, the State Coordinator, Chief John Michael Abdul, expressed profound appreciation to the donor. He assured that the office complex would be put to effective and responsible use in advancing the party’s activities across the state.

Abdul, a former Deputy Governor of the State, urged stakeholders to sustain the momentum in membership registration and to remain united in purpose as the party continues to strengthen its structures.

He disclosed that arrangements are underway to formally unveil the new party Secretariat, during which critical stakeholders and members will be invited.

The event had in attendance prominent and critical stakeholders of the party, including ESV. Dr. Umar Musa Galadima, Alhaji Adamu Oyanki, Hon Musa Bako Karshi, Hon. Yamusa Chindo, members of State Steering Committee, ADC Chairmen of all the thirteen LGAs, among several others.

Earlier, the State Secretary of ADC, in his welcome address, stated that the essence of the gathering was the formal handover of the office complex donated by Barrister Mohammed Hassan Abdullahi to the party, where he invited the former Minister for the presentation.
