2023: Faleke’s Campaign Council Secretaryship a master strokes for APC victory, says Team Faleke Movement

Hajia Ramatu Abdulhameed, is the National Coordinator of Team Faleke Movement for Tinubu, Shettima, a political pressure group working for actualisation of presidential bid of All Progressives Congress, APC’s Asiwaju Bola Tinubu ahead of the February 2023 presidential election.

In this interview with NEW ERA in Abuja, Hajia Abdulhammeed bares her mind on burning national issues, especially, the preparations of her group to market the candidature of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his Vice Presidential candidate, Senator Kashim Shettima.

A renowned mobilizer and social influencer, Abdulhameed, also spoke on aims and objectives, modus operandi, vision, mission of the organisation.

She was optimistic that the quality and sagacity of their hero, Honourable James Abiodun Faleke, as the Secretary of the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu/Kashim Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, the party will emerge victorious in the 2023 polls.

Why Hon.Faleke as your sign post hero in a country where there abound a lot of great men of timbre and Calibre as your inspirational leader?

A great question you have there.The answer is simple.We did not choose our present hero as you called it based on some mundane considerations that have bastardized or ridiculed many of such groups in the past.Today, we agreed that our country is blessed with a lot of great men but there are within those great men those that are bereft of the kind of leadership qualities that catches our imaginations that we as a group after peer reviewing them meets our genuine expectations.Our people needs leaders as hero who you can mention his name anywhere and the majority would agree it’s meets the expectations of what a great leader is all about. It is about expectation and agreed categorisation criteria. Faleke met our categorization criteria.

If we may ask. What are the criteria or qualities of honourable Faleke that meets your criteria and keeps him above other considered persons by your group?

That is another great question you asked there.The difference between Faleke and the others which I think we cannot exhaustibly mention here is attitude. Attitude they say is everything, and often contagious.If you can see, honourable Faleke has the attitude and that has taken him to the great pedestrial he is today.He has always strived in everything to keep a positive attitude in every situation,whether in his political or private dealings.He does this also when he is with the ordinary people or his associates.The qualities he has above others we considered as our political hero culminating in the formulation of this group to propagate his inate leadership qualities to our teaming youth to change the meaning of hero emulating are these; Faleke is courteous, acts responsibly, and above all, he always carries himself with integrity.

Let’s now talk about honourable Faleke’s leadership principles.Can you let us have a little of it?.

Of course, yes.His guiding principles that we took into consideration before idolizing the leadership qualities in him are many and I cannot exhaustively conclude mentioning it to you here.But the most noticeable is his ability of doing the right thing at the right time and for the right reason.He takes into consideration not self but the interest of the people and the organization.He treats everyone with whom he has met and interacts with the dignity and respect that they deserve.

One of the things I noticed with some of these groups in Nigeria is that of the absence of a mission statement.Do you as a group have one?

We do have and I agree with you on that.Our mission statement encompasses our values and beliefs as a group.We strive to conduct our singular most important priorities as a group which is the propagation of the ideals and qualities of our leader, honourable Faleke which we believe when emulated or imbibed by future leaders in our country,our country would be better off than what it is today.We embark on this propagation in a manner that reflects the vision,character and charisma of honourable Faleke.This is because he is a creative, innovative team player that has a winning spirit to add the best for the benefit of society.

How do you do this propagation?.

I am coming to that. Our mission statement therefore is to propagate,attract and emulate the best leadership qualities of honourable Faleke to the present and upcoming emerging leaders of our country most especially the youth.Today,I am proud to tell you that we are today acknowledged as one of the most successful and respected group in the country.We are seeking to broaden public awareness on inclusive leadership lessons through the prisms of the successes of honourable Faleke.We are increasing our visibility,making impact and strengthening our voice as a unified voice in this direction.We organize awards,conferences and seminars to maximize our outreach.Today we are helping our leaders engagement in the political realm as secretary of the Tinubu campaign organisation to succeed in his new assignment.We shall be engaging as a campaign group within the APC for the actualization of the goal of our leader to help make Tinubu, the next president of the country.

As a group, what do you think are your values?.

Very simple.Act with integrity ,exceed expectations,succeed together,inspire innovation,and above all,invest in people.

Why is this group in particular seemed to be working for BAT?.

It is vivid and very clear that we are working for the actualization of the presidential aspiration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s who I think is divinely chosen by our creator to come and lay the foundation for the eldoradoic emancipation of our country. Thre is no gain denying the obvious,BAT has the charisma,the penchant and the driving vitality to move this country forward.Forget about the antics of the naysayers,the sentimentalist and the jealous,the man Tinubu has paid the price to entrenched his leadership ideas on the leadership Spectre of Nigeria.By the grace of God,there is no stopping the man whose time has come.EMILOKUN.

But some are of the view that he is among the old brigade of politician that needs to step aside and give the country a new breath of leadership?

The years of maturation are blessings as mortals pray we attain.Age is golden and age is wisdom.For those who have the persuasion that age has anything to do with capability in leadership, I sometime pity them.To my utmost surprise,it is the educated elites that are mostly taking this positions and propagating them.At the wedding feast in cana,the people complained about the retention of the old wine till the feast was winding up.I thought our people having seen the performance of BAT in lagos,we are the ones who are supposed to beckon on him to contest for the leadership of the country. A pessimist is a well informed optimist. No matter the antics of the naysayers, victory for BAT is already assured as our people know a good leader when they see one.
